Plain English: Use Oran responsibly. We provide the platform; you own your data. 14-day free trial on all plans. Cancel anytime with 30 days to export your data.
1. The Platform
Oran is an AI-native intelligence platform designed for sales and revenue teams. We provide tools for market mapping, ICP scoring, and outreach automation.
2. User Obligations
By using Oran, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Oran provides a 14-day trial period. Changes to your seat count or tier will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your customer data and ICP configurations. Oran retains all rights to the platform, AI models, and underlying technology.
5. Limitation of Liability
Oran provides intelligence and automation tools. While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI-generated content should always be reviewed before being sent to prospects. Oran is not liable for the results of your outreach or business outcomes.
6. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our primary systems.
